Age & responsible service of alcohol

You must be 18 or over to buy from this site. Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1997 (SA), it is an offence to sell or supply liquor to — or to obtain liquor on behalf of — a person under the age of 18 years.

We may ask for proof of age on delivery, and our couriers will not hand over alcohol to anyone who appears to be under 18 or intoxicated. If age can't be confirmed, the order won't be left. Please drink responsibly — it is safest not to drink while pregnant.

Orders & payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable or a genuine pricing error has occurred.

Shipping & delivery

• We ship Australia-wide. Flat-rate shipping is $9.90, and free on orders over $99.
• An adult (18+) must be present to receive the delivery; photo ID may be required.
• We can't deliver to areas where the sale or supply of alcohol is restricted or prohibited.
• Delivery times vary by location; we'll email tracking where it's available.

Returns & refunds

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your gin arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days at hello@drinkcurious.com.au and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

As we sell sealed alcohol, we generally can't accept change-of-mind returns on opened bottles — but please talk to us; we'd always rather you were happy.

Your privacy

We collect only what we need to process and deliver your order and, if you opt in, to send you the occasional update. We don't sell your personal information, and you can ask us to update or delete your details any time at hello@drinkcurious.com.au.
